How we look after your information

Boogie 4 Boobies is a one-off annual charity event organised by Needle Little Love, held at The Beach Hut, Lossiemouth. This website is built and maintained by Smaoin.
The only personal information we collect is your email address — and only if you choose to sign up for event updates. We don't collect names, payment details, or anything else.
Wristbands are bought in person — we don't handle any payments online.
Your email is used only to send you Boogie 4 Boobies updates — things like DJ announcements and event info. That's it. We will never sell it, share it, or use it for anything else.
We'll hold onto it until you unsubscribe, or until 90 days after the event — whichever comes first. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, or you can contact us any time to be removed.
We don't use tracking cookies or analytics. Your browser may set a basic session cookie to keep the site working — it holds no personal information.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete any information we hold about you at any time. Just get in touch via our contact form or Facebook Messenger and we'll sort it promptly.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
