How we look after your information

Boogie 4 Boobies is a one-off annual charity event organised by Needle Little Love, held at The Beach Hut, Lossiemouth. This website is built and maintained by Smaoin.
We keep what we collect to a minimum:
We don't collect names, payment details, or anything else. Wristbands are bought in person — we don't handle any payments online.
Your email is used only to send you the Boogie 4 Boobies updates you asked for (DJ announcements and event info) and, if you uploaded photos, to let you know if one is chosen for the website gallery. We will never sell it, share it, or use it for anything else. We'll hold onto it until you unsubscribe, or until 90 days after the event — whichever comes first. Every newsletter we send has an unsubscribe link, or you can contact us any time to be removed.
Your photos are uploaded with your consent (you confirm this when you upload). After the event our team reviews them and may show a selection of the best ones on this website's gallery, and on our social media. We keep uploaded photos only for as long as we need them for the event gallery. If you'd like a photo you shared taken down, just get in touch and we'll remove it.
We don't use tracking cookies or analytics. Your browser may set a basic session cookie to keep the site working — it holds no personal information.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete any information we hold about you at any time. Just get in touch via our contact form or Facebook Messenger and we'll sort it promptly.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
